In this vegetarian-friendly taco recipe, tofu is marinated in a spicy blend of seasonings for a mouthful of flavor. Placed in a warm tortilla, these tacos taste even better with toppings like creamy avocado, salsa and citrusy lime. —Margaret Knoebel, Milwaukee, Wisconsin
