Strawberry Lemonade Gelatin

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups boiling water
- 1 package (6 ounces) strawberry gelatin
- 1 can (12 ounces) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 1 can (21 ounces) strawberry pie filling
- 1 cup cold whole milk
- 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant lemon pudding mix
- 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed (3 cups)
Directions
- In a large bowl, add boiling water to gelatin; stir 2 minutes to completely dissolve. Stir in lemonade concentrate and pie filling. Pour into a greased 13x9-in. dish. Refrigerate until thickened, about 1 hour.
- In a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix 2 minutes. Let stand until soft-set, about 2 minutes. Fold in whipped topping; spread over gelatin. Cover and refrigerate until firm.
