Special Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 6 boneless pork chops (6 ounces each)
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 jar (16 ounces) salsa
Directions
- In a large cast-iron or other ovenproof skillet, brown the pork chops in oil; drain off any fat. Pour salsa over chops. Bake, uncovered, at 350° until a thermometer reads 145°, 20-25 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
