Slow-Cooked Potatoes with Spring Onions

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds small red potatoes
  • 8 green onions, chopped (about 1 cup)
  • 1 cup chopped sweet onion
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. In a 5- or 6-qt. slow cooker, combine all ingredients. Cook, covered, on low until potatoes are tender, 6-8 hours.
