This is an easy way to dress up wine for a party. Other fruit, like watermelon balls or sliced peaches, can be used in place of the strawberry slices. —Laura Wilhelm, West Hollywood, California
Ingredients
- 1-1/4 cups frozen unsweetened raspberries
- 1 cup white grape juice
- 1 bottle (750 milliliters) dry rose wine
- 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint or rosemary sprigs
Directions
- In a small saucepan, combine raspberries and grape juice. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cook and stir over medium heat until liquid is almost evaporated, about 30 minutes. Remove from the heat.
