Quick Brownie Mix

Ingredients
- 8 cups sugar
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2-1/2 cups baking cocoa
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 4 teaspoons salt
- 2 cups shortening
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Cut in shortening until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
