Pineapple-Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 package (16 ounces) frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup (8 ounces) frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened finely shredded coconut
  • 3 pitted dates
  • 3 cups coconut milk

Directions

  1. Pulse all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.
