Parmesan Walnuts

Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- In a small heavy skillet, melt butter. Add walnuts and cayenne. Cook over medium heat until walnuts are toasted, about 4 minutes. Remove from the heat; sprinkle with cheese. Spread on foil to cool.
