Lemon Basil Tea

Ingredients
- 3 quarts water
- 1 cup thinly sliced fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup grated lemon zest
- 1/4 cup English breakfast or other black tea leaves
Directions
- In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil. Remove from the heat. Add basil, lemon zest and tea leaves; cover and steep for 4 minutes. Strain, discarding basil, zest and tea leaves. Serve immediately.
