Don't waste money on expensive spice blends! It's easy to make Greek seasoning at home. Use this blend to add zesty Mediterranean flavor to chicken, lamb, vegetables, kebabs, salads, marinades and more.
Ingredients
- 2-1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1-1/2 teaspoons dried basil
- 1-1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 3/4 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
