Cashew Butter Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy cashew butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Roll level tablespoons into balls. Place on an ungreased baking sheet; flatten with a fork.
- Bake at 350° until edges are lightly browned, 15-18 minutes. Remove to a wire rack to cool.
