When you learn how to make a carajillo, you can have your daily dose of caffeine and a cocktail in one drink.
Ingredients
- Ice cubes
- 3 ounces brewed espresso or brewed coffee
- 2 ounces Licor 43
- Orange peel strip
Directions
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add espresso and Licor 43; shake until well-chilled and frothy. Fill a rocks glass with ice; strain cocktail into the glass. Garnish with an orange peel. Serve immediately.
