Cajun Spice Mix

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1-1/2 teaspoons white pepper
- 1-1/2 teaspoons pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
