Berry Banana Smoothies

Yield: 3 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 medium ripe banana, peeled, cut into chunks and frozen
  • 1/4 cup each frozen unsweetened strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries
  • 1 cup fat-free milk

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Serve immediately.
