Beer Brat Chili

Yield: 8 servings (2-1/2 quarts)

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 ounces) cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can (15 ounces) pinto beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can (15 ounces) Southwest or seasoned recipe black beans, undrained
  • 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) Italian diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
  • 1 package (14 ounces) fully cooked beer bratwurst links, sliced
  • 1-1/2 cups frozen corn
  • 1 medium sweet red pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup chili seasoning mix
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Directions

  1. In a 5-qt. slow cooker, combine all ingredients. Cook, covered, on low 5-6 hours.
