My husband loves Creole flavors, so I came up with this twist on onion rings that taste light and crispy. They hold perfectly for an hour or two in a warm oven, which is great when you are making them for company. Once you make them, your family and friends will be hooked! —Denise Patterson, Bainbridge, Ohio
