Apricot Ham Steak

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter, divided
  • 4 fully cooked boneless ham steaks (5 ounces each)
  • 1/2 cup apricot preserves
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Dash salt

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat. Cook ham on both sides until lightly browned and heated through. Remove from pan; keep warm.
  2. Add remaining 1 tablespoon butter and remaining ingredients to pan; cook and stir over medium heat until blended and heated through. Serve over ham.
