Sheri started her career in advertising as a broadcast producer collecting a slew of awards along the way, including several Telly and Emmy Awards.
Her love for color and interior design began as a side hustle and blossomed into a full-time interior-design business prior to joining Trusted Media Brands. Sheri loves helping homeowners solve problems while creating functional, beautiful spaces, indoors and out.
As a lifelong gardener, she started a community garden and serves on several local nature conservancy committees to build pollinator habitats with native plants and trees.

As a product tester, Sheri Kaz has reviewed and tested hundreds of products for Family Handyman, Reader’s Digest and Taste of Home. Sheri has been a homeowner and gardener for more than 30 years; as a result, she is a DIYer and loves recommending her favorite products to friends and family. She looks for products, from furniture and appliances to cleaning products and gardening tools, that are well-designed and sustainable, and make life easier for our readers.

Education

Sheri graduated from the University of Denver with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Theater in 1982.
