As a full-time freelance food and lifestyle writer and an occasional baker and line cook, Magdalena is passionate about connecting her love of food and her love of writing. Her first time in a kitchen was during a summer internship at Chez Panisse, the California restaurant known for its influence on the farm-to-table movement. For Taste of Home, Magdalena has focused on recipes perfect for hosting, such as cocktails and dips. She has also worked with Buzzfeed Tasty, Sunset, Tastemade, Greatist and more.
