Throughout her career in food (20 years and counting!), Catherine has worked in restaurants, catering and test kitchens. She’s also taught local cooking classes, explaining how to make everything from focaccia to paella. At Taste of Home, Catherine is our prep kitchen manager. She puts kitchen appliances through their paces to share the best of the best with readers. On the weekends, Catherine loves canning jams and jellies and she’s happiest when cooking for a table filled with loved ones.
