Experience
With degrees in dietetics from the University of Wisconsin and culinary arts from Milwaukee Area Technical College, Alicia brought a strong food science background to our Test Kitchen. She spent a decade with Taste of Home, first as an associate food editor and lead cook, then as a senior recipe editor and tester. During her Taste of Home tenure, Alicia crafted science-backed meal plans that reflected specific dietary needs, tested reader recipes and developed many of her own.
