Honey-Glazed Carrots

Ingredients

  • 1 package (16 ounces) baby carrots
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

  1. Place carrots and water in a 1-1/2-qt. microwave-safe dish. Cover and microwave until crisp-tender, 3-5 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, melt butter in a skillet over low heat; stir in honey and lemon juice. Cook, stirring constantly, 3-4 minutes. Add carrots; cook and stir until glazed, about 1 minute.
